Effective date: 2026-06-29. This Content & Acceptable Use Policy governs what you may create and do with jusAudio, operated by Kalmantic Inc. It is part of our Terms of Service. Every set of lyrics passes an automated compliance check before a song is generated, and violations can lead to refusal, removal, or account suspension.
Plain-English summary. Make joyful, personal songs. Don't use jusAudio for hate, harm, illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or to impersonate or clone a real person's voice or identity without their consent.
1. Prohibited content
You may not create, store, or share songs or lyrics that:
- Sexualise minors in any way, or depict child sexual abuse
- Promote, glorify, or provide instructions for violence, terrorism, or attacks on people or infrastructure
- Promote anti-social or anti-national activity, or incite hatred or violence against a person or group based on protected characteristics
- Promote or glorify illegal drugs or other clearly harmful, dangerous, or self-harm behaviour
- Harass, bully, threaten, defame, or doxx a real person
- Are obscene, or are otherwise illegal in your jurisdiction
2. Names, likenesses, and voices
- You may include the names and details of people who consent (for example, the friend whose birthday it is).
- You may not impersonate a real person, or imitate or clone the identifiable voice or persona of a real artist or public figure, without their explicit consent.
- You may not present jusAudio's synthetic vocals as a genuine recording by a real artist.
3. Intellectual property
You must have the rights to any lyrics, names, brands, or other material you submit. Don't reproduce someone else's copyrighted lyrics or use the Service to infringe trademarks or other rights.
4. Platform abuse
- Don't try to bypass the compliance check, rate limits, or payment.
- Don't resell or rebrand the Service, or scrape or overload it.
- Don't attempt to probe, reverse-engineer, or attack the Service (security researchers: email security@jusaudio.co).
5. Reporting and enforcement
To report a song or report abuse, email abuse@jusaudio.co with the share link or details. We review reports promptly and may remove content, refuse generation, or suspend accounts. Serious illegal content (such as child sexual abuse material) is removed immediately and referred to the appropriate authorities.
