Effective date: 2026-06-29. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jusAudio — the website, app, and song-generation service (the "Service") operated by Kalmantic Inc ("jusAudio", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Plain-English summary. You write the words and pick the occasion; we generate a song and cover art for you. jusAudio is a paid service — you buy single songs or a credit plan, and payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Every set of lyrics passes a compliance check first. You're responsible for the details you supply, and you must have the right to use any names or likenesses you include.
1. Who can use jusAudio
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you create an account for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms. You're responsible for keeping your account secure.
2. What the Service does
jusAudio takes the occasion, details, and lyrics you provide and uses AI to generate vocals, instrumentation, and cover art. Songs are saved to your library and can be shared via a link. The Service relies on third-party AI providers, and we may change or replace those providers at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific song, voice, style, or output will be available, identical between generations, or free of errors.
3. Payment, plans, and billing
jusAudio is a paid service with no free tier. You can buy a single song or subscribe to a monthly plan that includes song credits. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where supported.
- Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, who is the seller of record and handles tax (VAT/GST/sales tax) calculation and remittance.
- Credits are consumed as you generate songs and do not expire while your account is active.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
- Failed payments may pause your access after a short grace period.
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Your lyrics and the songs you create
Your input. The names, details, prompts, and lyrics you provide ("Your Input") remain yours. You are responsible for Your Input and for making sure you have the right to use any names, likenesses, brands, or third-party material you include.
Your songs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment, we grant you the right to use the songs and cover art you generate, including a commercial-use licence on paid plans (for events, videos, and business content). Generated vocals are synthetic; they are not recordings of any real artist and must not be presented as such.
What we may do. We process Your Input only to generate your song, operate and secure the Service, bill you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell Your Input, and we do not use it to train our own models. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Compliance check and acceptable use
Every set of lyrics passes an automated compliance check before generation. You must also follow our Content & Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits, among other things, hateful, anti-social, anti-national, drug-promoting, sexual-abuse, harassing, and infringing content, and impersonating or cloning the voice or identity of a real person without consent. We may refuse generation, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Sharing and takedowns
If you share a song publicly, the share page may be accessible to anyone with the link. You can delete a song or make it private from your library. If you believe a song infringes your rights, contact legal@jusaudio.co and we will review and act where appropriate.
7. Intellectual property
The Service itself — software, design, branding, and the "jusAudio" name and logo — belongs to Kalmantic Inc or its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property except the licence to use the songs you create, as described above.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI outputs can be unexpected or imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing a song before you share or rely on it.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KALMANTIC INC'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits; there, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in fraud or abuse. Where we suspend an account for a reason other than fraud or unlawful conduct and you hold unused prepaid credits, we will refund the unused balance as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections and statutory rights of the country where you live.
