Plain-English summary. Your song and cover art are generated and delivered to your library within about a minute of a successful payment and generation. There is no shipping, no shipping fee, and no delivery address.
What you receive
- A generated song (vocals + instrumentation) saved to your jusAudio library
- A generated cover art image for the song
- A shareable link, and — on paid plans — downloads (for example MP3) and a permanent library
Delivery time
Generation typically completes in about a minute. Your song appears in your library as soon as it's ready and is available immediately. If a payment is briefly held for review by Paddle, delivery completes as soon as the payment clears.
Delivery confirmation
You receive an on-screen confirmation and a receipt email from Paddle for each purchase, and the song appears in your library. If a purchase isn't reflected within a few minutes, contact us.
No physical shipping
Because everything is digital, we don't collect a shipping address or charge shipping or handling. Any billing address collected by Paddle at checkout is used only for payment and tax purposes.
If something goes wrong
If a song isn't delivered or a generation fails after payment, email support@jusaudio.co with your receipt or transaction id. We'll re-generate it or, where it genuinely can't be delivered, refund it under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
